Fried cauliflower is not fried chicken. They are good, but not Chicken. Only Chicken is Chicken. Ok? But, if you prepare them like chicken, blindfolded you may not know the difference.
Personally, fried zucchini is better when lightly battered and cooked in extra virgin olive oil than when dipped, battered and deep fried in vegetable oil. I prefer a spicy seasoning over drowning them in sauce.
