May 2020 Newsletter

Updated: Feb 24

This month’s issue is dedicated to educating ourselves and accepting ourselves. In my upcoming book, I encourage everyone to learn about themselves. It’s important to know about the systems and functions of our bodies as a measure of self-care.

The more we learn and understand our bodies, we’ll be able to recognize concerns before they’re out of control.

In this issue, meet La’Darius and Teresa. They educate and inspire.

La'Darius C. Madison,MPH, RDN, LD, is the Assistant Professor of Nutriotion/Dietitic Internship Coordinator in the Division of Sport Health Science, with the Department of Nutrition in Atlanta, GA.

Teresa H. Thomas PHR, MSHRM is a dedicated professional with over 13 years’ experience in human resources and higher education administration in Birmingham, AL. While being talented in many things she thrives in empowering her clients to connect the dots in career development, human resource consulting, and training and development. She specializes in creating effective messaging by consulting on numerous projects, writing resumes, cover letters, conducting interview preparations, business biographies, public speaking training and assisting her clients through the process of developing business plans.
