I decided to go healthy because cancer must be stopped in my family. I don’t want to loose a necessity or accessory because I was too stubborn to tell myself no. People tell me no all the time and I get over it. So I joined them and decided to tell my own self NO.
I gotta try.
My mom and dad passed away because of cancer. As I researched more and more about the cancer, I found out that eating well could prevent many complications.
I incorporated preparation throughout my journey. I prep food and refreshing drinks.
