Quick and easy, yummy for the tummy
Sometimes you just have to can it.
-Diced tomatoes - your choice of flavor. I chose garlic, onions, and basil
-Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)
-Fresh baby spinach (can be canned)
-Boil chickpeas for 30 minutes over medium heat
-In a separate pan, sauté spinach in water
-Combine and add tomatoes
Simmer all ingredients for another 30 min.
Eat some or all!
