Fridays are reserved for fish. Well, here’s a twist on fish. Introducing caulifish, with a swirl of tartar sauce. Don’t knock it, till you try it.
Caulifish Recipe
-Cauliflower
-Flaxseeds and water or eggs
-Meal
-Turmeric Powder, 2 tablespoons
-Seasonings or choice
Parchment paper
-Combine wet ingredients in a bowl
(Mix flaxseeds and water. Or use eggs. Flaxseeds are a substitute for eggs.)
-Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Use the same amount of seasonings that you would normally use when bartering fish.
(The turmeric gives the cauliflower the color and it’s very good for reducing inflammation.)
-Cut cauliflower into small pieces
-Dip in wet ingredients
Coat with dry ingredients
-Cover a baking pan with parchment paper
-Place cauliflower on parchment paper
Bake in a 425 Degree oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven
Turn the cauliflower over and bake for an additional 25 minutes
Remove and slaughter using your favorite sauce. Excellent with tartar sauce.
