Fridays are reserved for fish. Well, here’s a twist on fish. Introducing caulifish, with a swirl of tartar sauce. Don’t knock it, till you try it.
-Flaxseeds and water or eggs
-Turmeric Powder, 2 tablespoons
-Seasonings or choice
-Combine wet ingredients in a bowl
(Mix flaxseeds and water. Or use eggs. Flaxseeds are a substitute for eggs.)
-Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Use the same amount of seasonings that you would normally use when bartering fish.
(The turmeric gives the cauliflower the color and it’s very good for reducing inflammation.)
-Cut cauliflower into small pieces
-Dip in wet ingredients
Coat with dry ingredients
-Cover a baking pan with parchment paper
-Place cauliflower on parchment paper
Bake in a 425 Degree oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven
Turn the cauliflower over and bake for an additional 25 minutes
