Black-bean burger recipe
Choice of seasonings
(I chose garlic powder, red pepper flakes, onion powder, complete seasonings,
-Drain can of black-beans
-Smash black beans
-Combine the rest of the ingredients
-Heat oven in 350 degrees
-Scoop and shape mixture into patties
-Bake for 30-45 minutes
-Build your burger and garish according to your taste.
I tried this with a friend. She used ketchup and I used barbecue sauce. We used lettuce and tomatoes. We used white bread. The next day I used flatbread.
We also cut a potato and made fries.
-microwave a potato for 6 minutes
-slice, season, and brown on each side
